Tribute: Great-Grandmother Barbara, 8.7.24-3.25.09

Julian was Barbara Stewart McDonald's first great-grandchild. He never got to meet her, but she knew all about him and in fact had many photos of Julian nearby when she passed away in Albuquerque, NM on Wednesday. I hope Julian will inherit her creative spirit. 
Here we are on the morning of March 25th. We love you Grandmommy!

A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood

Finally, it was 55 degrees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We spent most of the day outside. Julian loved it so much he napped in his stroller for 2 1/2 hours:

Happy 3 Months Julian!!

On March Third, 2009, Julian Albert Luker turned three months of age, which some would say means that he graduated from infancy to babyhood. We celebrated with a chocolate cake and dressing him in the craziest outfit we could assemble:
