Milestone: First Solids!

On May 24th, 2009, we began adding new tastes and textures to Julian's diet.
We started with organic brown rice cereal-- nothing but the best!

Doctor Daddy

We traveled to NYC once again for the graduation at Columbia.

Julian Sits on his Own!

OK, this wasn't the first time, but it was the first time he sat for a while in front of the camera. Way to go, buddy!!!

Adventures

Unfortunately, Julian had to pay a few visits to the doctor this week (turns out he has an ear infection on top of his cold). But he made the most of it by playing the the paper:

As was a trip downtown to meet Jamuna of the Nepali restaurant Himal Chuli, who cared for Ruth and her brother as small children many many years ago:
